Minimum stay
According to the flatshare agreement the minimum stay is 35 days. So, in this case is from 01-07-2019 to 05-08-2019 .
Renewal
The flatshare agreement can be renewed without any extra charges by those tenants who are in line with our terms and conditions and the connected rental payments.
Rent price
The rent price related to your stay will be £200.00 for every week and can be paid on a weekly basis.
