Do you know on which date are you gonna leave the accommodation?
If you are planning to leave on a special date please fill up this note box. Ex: I want renew my contract until day/month/year. Date on which i will leave the room. IMPORTANT: your room will be put on the market and it'll be available to be booked by other customers from that day.
The new licence will have a minimum duration of 5 weeks and a maximum duration of 3 months. You can, between this period, give 3 weeks notice in order to terminate the licence on your chosen date
Should your licence agreement be about to expire, to reserve the same room you have been living in you will need to subscribe with us a brand new licence agreement. We reserve the right to eventually reject your request to issue a new licence agreement, due to various unexpected circumstances. In this case we will inform you immediately and assist with alternative solutions.
